THE TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION...
The following pattern was offered up on one of the online knitting groups to which I belong. I had to wipe the coffee spray off the computer screen and still break out in peals of laughter every time I look at the pictures, so...
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! PUT DOWN WHATEVER YOU ARE DRINKING, PROCEDE WITH CAUTION AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN EMPTY BLADDER! ENJOY!

THE NEARLY HAIRLESS CLUB'S
KNITTED PIGGY DRESS
1. Measure your guinea pig. There are five key measurements that determine a good fit (see pic.1):
From neck to "tail" (#1).
Around neck - at midway up the neck (#2).
Chest between front legs (#3).
From neck to underarm (#4).
Chest - around the widest part of the chest (#5).
2. Write down all measurements. And make a real-size paper detail (bottom left picture)
3. Using the needles you have chosen for your weight yarn, make 10cm x
10cm
examples of your knitting: - of your chosen pattern stitch and determine the stitch and row gauge; - or in stockinette stitch, or in your chosen pattern stitch. I used "Dinner Bell Ruffle" (bottom right picture) & "Quatrefoil Eyelet Stitch" patterns.

Hey, I thought it was cute when it was done. It sure looked good on the pig I made it for. :P

Hey Daniela. I was searching on the search engines for rabbit related websites and was using the keyword rabbitry and found your great page with the title this post. I am looking for ideas on how to improve my own site using different keywords and was amazed how easy it was to find your site using the keyword rabbitry. Perhaps we could do a link exchange at some point. Thanks for your time.
